Westover Law Firm was founded in March 2008 by Jesse Westover as a way to provide expert legal representation while maintaining personal, honest service with a friendly and approachable touch. Jesse had seen the factory mentality common at other firms and believed there was a better way to practice law.
From the beginning, the firm was built around honest communication and genuine personal attention. Our clients have consistently shared that they feel heard, respected, and supported by every member of our team.
What started as a one-man practice has grown into a dedicated staff of attorneys and professionals who have successfully represented thousands of clients in immigration matters. Today, Westover Law Firm continues to grow while staying grounded in the same values it was founded on.

Our Founder
Jesse Westover graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Utah, with a focus on International Relations and Political Science. He continued his education at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he earned his Juris Doctor and became licensed by the Arizona Supreme Court.
While in law school, Jesse was awarded a CALI Award for earning the highest grade in his class and served as student director of the Immigration Legal Clinic. Prior to founding Westover Law Firm, he worked at a local immigration law firm in Phoenix and volunteered with the Florence Immigrant Refugee Rights Program and the Immigration Legal Clinic at ASU, gaining experience across a wide range of immigration matters.
Since founding the firm, Jesse has personally represented thousands of individuals and families in their immigration cases. He has extensive courtroom experience and has litigated thousands of cases before Immigration Courts and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. He also has significant appellate experience before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Administrative Appeals Office.
In addition to individual and family immigration matters, Jesse has represented businesses of all sizes, from small companies with fewer than ten employees to multinational organizations. His experience includes a wide range of employment-based visas and long-term immigration strategies, and he has served as a keynote speaker and immigration expert for business formations and growth planning.

Expertise
Jesse Westover has been actively involved in immigration law since 2004. He started representing unaccompanied immigrant children on a volunteer basis in immigration court. Since opening Westover Law Firm, he has expanded and perfected his immigration legal knowledge to encompass most every facet of immigration law. Most of the staff and legal assistants at Westover Law Firm have been at the firm for several years and have processed thousands of cases dealing with all facets of immigration law.
